First, what does "Band" mean?

-You can think of it like the channels broadcasting on a television.

IF 4.5G or 5G signals are available in your area and you want a model that supports 4.5G or 5G without needing to check the frequency, the plug-and-play model is a 4-BAND or 5-BAND model. In other words, if you buy a (4-band or 5-band) device, unless there's a special situation in your area, you can connect to 4.5G or, if available, 5G without needing to check the frequency. If you experience problems with one band, it will connect through another.

If you want 4G, 4.5G, or, if available, 5G access from less powerful, economical models like 3-BAND or 2-BAND, we need to check the frequency. After that, if there are compatible 3-Band or 2-Band models, we will recommend them.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- No frequency check is needed for 2G, 3G, and 3.5G. 3-band, 4-band, and 5-band are all supported.

- 5-band is the most comprehensive for city centers (unnecessary for rural areas).

- 4-band is the most comprehensive for rural areas.

- The 4-band model is ideal for both city centers and rural areas. Because 5-band (band 7) is generally only available in very limited areas.
